Who are we?

We are a couple in our fifites who like to live life to the full and to share our experiences and what works for us with others.  We are self-employed and provide this website as a service to others and and aa way of letting people know about things we find useful.

We obtain information about you when you use our website, for example, when you contact us about products and services, to make am enquiry or commentor register to receive one of our reports, guides or email newsletters.
